I remain hopeful of getting a delivery this year. If only there were an 'express' or premium service, you could get a response from your emails within a day ! Aaand yet, Tate Ward just sent this in an email, โDue to there being a development in the relationship between Tate Ward Auctions and Pest Control, we have secured a viewing date to get unauthenticated Banksy editioned prints and/or originals that we intend to sell in our future auctions, authenticated. This means we can now obtain COAโs for works we sell at auction, prior to the auction.โ

They are currently charging ยฃ69 to issue the COAs once authenticated. Add this to the ยฃ160 it cost me to ship to and from PC via flight logistics its quite a costly exercise nowadays if they cant authenticate remotely.
Now all i need to do is figure out the best way to get the most for my print......

I got a confirmation email today (exactly 1 year later to the day - weird) that it had been approved. I've paid my ยฃ69 and now I wait to receive the certificate - I hear this can easily take 2-3 months - will report back when I receive it for those who are still waiting.

Bought from source after winning lottery: Nov 2019
Applied for COA: 2 year anniversary November 2021
Emailed confirming payment for COA: Feb 2023
Due to receive it imminently (28 days from payment apparently but heard it can take slightly longer)
Slight deviation on the pricing though as mine was ยฃ100 + VAT (ยฃ20) + ยฃ9 delivery, more than the ยฃ69 quoted above. Mine wasnโt viewed in person & purely was an online application which may be the difference in price.

Got an email from Christie's 10 minutes ago saying the just received the COA for the "Duck and Cover" they currently have at auction. So seems like PC might be batch processing and a few of the GDP certificates are landing now...

if it was working it would be very helpful tool for private sales
