PC are able to control the ebb and flow of items going to market.
they might be really busy OR they are simply sitting on it for the time being. If a legit work it will arrive eventually. Keep the faith.

I tried to get in contact with them for over a year from my usual email (from a big isp), but then got an answer within days when I tried from a gmail account. Turned out they didn’t get my mails from the first account at all. We tried a several times. Never happened to me ever before.
Easy to create a gmail account just to try.

I’m not in a rush for the COA since I’m not planning on selling anytime soon but I just want to have it and obviously I’ve paid for it already.

I used same email chain as their authentication approval email to me. I was worried it somehow got lost in the post but I have no way of knowing since I never received a tracking number (I don’t even know if they send that out though?) I’m not in a rush for the COA since I’m not planning on selling anytime soon but I just want to have it and obviously I’ve paid for it already. |

I used the same chain (I forwarded it to the Gmail account) that they had first sent to say authentication approved and to pay which also included my follow up emails so they could clearly see my correspondence as well as including screenshots of payment. I also mentioned I was writing from Gmail in case they never received my messages/went to spam. But they never confirmed if that was the case. However I presume so since they wrote back so quickly this time saying that they looked into it and that account’s confirmed I’d paid at the beginning of the year. They replied (for both pieces) in Jan 2021 to request additional info (images of edition number, signature and photo ID next to edition number) and confirmation from me and the seller of the ownership change. And we sent everything back to them within the week.
A few days later I got a reply from Pest Control for one of the 2 pieces to say "we will be in touch regarding this request once all of our due diligence checks are complete", but no reply about the other piece.
It's now more than 3 years since the original Change of Ownership for both pieces, and I've followed them up several times, as has the sellers, and I've tried from different email accounts (gmail etc) but still no reply.
Is this normal? Does anyone have any advice? Should I be concerned if/when I want to sell one of these?
