Banksy Basquiat Print, Gross Domestic Product™, by The Italian One on Aug 11, 2020 9:33:58 GMT 1, Banksquiat prices will skyrocket to 150 k usd i wish i could get one on gdp sale You sound like someone who has one trying to hype them. The most comparable print is Choose Your Weapon and they’re a way off reaching $150k and are in smaller colour editions. once a week he post about banksquiat reaching insane valuation ...

Id say the Banksquait will settle just below choose your weapon Ed 100 prices... that’s probable around £50k at the moment?
That’s only a guess but seems reasonable.

Looking forward to watching this, I personally think it will exceed the estimate fairly easily given the recent climate but that’s just my view.

You have seen how Sale Ends v2 developed. Without COA they were GBP 17K. With COA they went to 27-29K and now they are 35K GBP.
If you have strong nerves I'd buy now with proper provenance and wait for the COA. After COA's are isued prices will go up.
No hype - just common sense.
I'm not saying 45K + 25% BP is a reasonable price. Seems high to me. But I don't mind.....

Well, just being devil's advocate here.... No, it would't.
If you claim you can't buy a Banksy without COA you basicly can't buy a Banksy with one. You can have a genuine Banksy, apply for COA. Then sell a fake print with your COA and put your original on your wall......
Not suggesting anyone should do this. It's just basic logic. Provenance and a trusted seller go a long way.
Provenance, trusted seller and a PC COA would be best of course.

You end up with an original Banksy print on the wall which is virtually unsellable.
Because it's lacking the original COA that was sold with a fake print 🙈

Because it's lacking the original COA that was sold with a fake print 🙈 First of all - you already got paid for your Banksy. So money is already in the bank....
And you could try to sell it without a COA. You've seen it : "Couldn't be bothered...." Get paid twice.
Maybe you can even apply for a COA again. Things get lost - stolen - etc.
