I have asked a whole bunch of sellers for more pictures and I usually get the same answer "sorry I'm away for the whole week' or some other b/s.
Before bidding don't be afraid to ask for more details and stay away from anyone who refuses.

First one: Colour of paper too white Folds are too pronounced (especially the horizontal one) - -seems intentionally rolled up. The real ones have super thin paper and would not have these folds as pronounced. Loss of details - looks photocopied New seller with 1 rating Only one picture provided
Second one: Paper and picture look legitimate, but they seller is new, no rating and probably just copied the picture from the internet.
Surely if you are a genuine seller and expect to get +ยฃ300 for a print, you would provide more details and pictures. it only takes 2 minutes to snap something on your phone and post it properly on the listing......
I prefer to ask questions and pictures before parting with my money, even for smaller amounts.

Not sure you'd need a back story for the tear.
They were rolled with a piece of masking tape holding them together so unless you were careful taking it off it could easily rip.
I've seen a few already like that.

As for the GDP listing, he's still going out of his way to muddy the waters - images of the GDP shopfront where the genuine ones were given out, calling it a 2nd printing etc.

It's still highly misleading as we know there was no '2nd printing'. Yep, thankfully this guy's been put in line on the GDP prints, but the more I look into him the more shady this operation is. Lots of fakes w/out provenance etc. but also fake feedback by the look of it - lots of best offers accepted on items that nobody in their right mind would buy, all with glowing reviews. As for the GDP listing, he's still going out of his way to muddy the waters - images of the GDP shopfront where the genuine ones were given out, calling it a 2nd printing etc. |
