Banksy RAT Print, Gross Domestic Product , by Deleted on Oct 22, 2019 17:32:32 GMT 1, Howdy
I have just unrolled my Flower and rat print
Both bought ebay
Not sure what to do
Need them framed and on the wall, but I really want to iron them
put on steam mode and flatten them out
What's stopping me doing this? the slightest bit of sanity that keeps fighting my mind and says nooooo, don't do it you stupid C***
This part of me thinks, just shove them in the portfolio and forget about them and they will fix themselves, but they wont will they.
The dog nearly jumped on the table too as he wanted to be part of the action
So what do i do, more first world problems
Helps me
oh and the flower has got a very slight rip in it, it's all gone wrong
xx

I feel the pain..but part of me wants to embrace the ripples and tears.. It's either that, or Bignell..or God forbid, dry mounting. There, you've made me say it.

They may have been light sabres at one stage?
Not that bad really, most is where the printing bleeds through to the back, which is good i guess as cant be easy to replicate?
Looked perfect rolled up.
I might microwave them 1000w for a minute and see what happens

I feel they look great.
I would worry if you got 2 pristine prints...
If you still don't like them, you can always sell them on to me.

now how best to frame? i am tempted to sandwich it between 2 bits of glass, definitely don't want tape on it
What do you think please?

Banksy RAT Print, Gross Domestic Product , by avec art on Oct 22, 2019 20:19:35 GMT 1, the view of the reverse @manty100 is what a screen print on paper that thin is meant to look like, so I think you can be pleased that you got a genuine rat. I already know of one person who received a photocopy from the bay of hell. The fibres were photocopied on one side of the paper and absent on the reverse. Plus there was no de bossing or distortion of the paper like that. Which is caused by the ink contracting the printed area of the paper. If your print is entirely flat on reverse you need to be wary.

A mate bought one from ebay that also ended up to be fake. Paper size was about 10cm longer and thicker paper than the originals

I wonder if these GDP prints meant for children are some sort of experiment in preparation for BBAY. Just to see what a free thing will go for??

Banksy RAT Print, Gross Domestic Product , by sgolby on Oct 23, 2019 16:22:01 GMT 1, Nothing, or morals for those that took 4 kids with them and are now flipping on ebay. I'd be reluctant to question the morales of SOME of the people selling these. As a rule I don't like flipping but I wouldn't class this as flipping. The reality is some of these people have never heard of Banksy and how could they justify keeping this when thier children's shoes might need replacing or they can book a holiday for the first time with the the proceeds. I say good luck to them I hope this little income boost gives a few family's not as fortunate as ourselves the chance of a nice Christmas and a little less stress. Thank you for putting things into perspective. Sometimes we encounter difficult times, sometimes what may seem to be a cash grab is simply an effort to survive. Those with questionable morals will get their just deserves, hopefully those in need were able to smile a little wider with the sale of these. Thank you again carly for some perspective that we often lose in the rush to judgement.

This place is hilarious. At one point, if you wanted a wall but didnโt want to travel it was Ebay, Ahmed or Carl Cashman.
Now heโs judging someone that got 4 posters as having a lack of morals.
