Not surprising as screens are made now, so he can produce as many as he wants unless stopped. This not only cheats unsuspecting people but it floods the market with low quality imitations.
If you can't spot the obvious clues as to what is wrong with any of these please refer higher up the thread.
If enough people report the items then perhaps ebay will look into it. Otherwise he'll carry on indefinitely.

That looks very similar to the one my mate bought, but it was a different seller. Paper is pure white, lots of detail missing(most noticeable on the rats back) also paper is about 90mm to big in width. People do need to report these though in numbers for ebay to remove them.

1) Dimension of paper is incorrect. the fake is bigger
2) Quality of paper is different. Fake is printed on heavier/thicker paper than the original
3) Colour of paper is different. Fake is pure white, whereas original is off white/brownish tinge to it.
4) fake is most likely a photocopy, not screenprinted like the original. This is evident due to the loss of details in the fake print such as the minute splashes of ink around the belly of the rat and the lack of embossing on the reverse
5) Image quality vastly inferior to the original.
What's the best way to report these scammers on Ebay & Paypal and get a refund and ensure they are banned?
Shame as I was looking to get one for my sister who loved the image.

Contact Ebay and tell them what the fakers are doing, minimum, they'll get a strike.
Give the forum the sellers name to avoid their listings.
Plus I know some members here have databases larger than the Pentagon.

Make a PayPal claim and return for a refund. Contact Ebay and tell them what the fakers are doing, minimum, they'll get a strike. Give the forum the sellers name to avoid their listings. Be careful - one of the fakes had what appeared to be genuine photos on the ebay listing (the details looked fine, just like the original). However the scumbags sent out a photocopy!

Also a noticeable absence of de-bossing on the photocopied fake.

But it does appear to have the glossy ink, which is diagnostic. So that's positive.
The reverse photos here don't help me, as I can't see a de-bossed effect. The de-bossing effect is subtle, and you need to photo it in the right light and at the right angle to see it.

Very easy to tell the difference side by side if you have a real one.
Paper of the real one is super thin and you will see the debossing on the reverse . Also the colour of the real paper is more on the light brownish side.
