I came across that gallery, Bruce Lurie Gallery, selling FAKE Banksy at Context. They were extremely arrogant when I asked about COA while I knew there was no way they had one. I messed with them a little bit saying out loud they were selling fake works that were never released. It's a shame they were even part of that show. I love me some Futura - but the wall at Wynwood is definitely not his best effort.
It is my understanding, that it was the 1st permission wall painted in the garden area of WW and that 
Tony Goldman the pioneer and benefactor of WW loved Futura's Abstract Technique - so maybe he laid it on a bit thick for Mr. G.  There are over 80,000 square feet of beautiful painted walls within a mile radius - so if you are ever in Miami you must go and voyeur the eye candy.  Jessica Goldman who is Tony's daughter curates the Bowery Wall in NYC.  Maybe the Goldman's want to adopt me - I am available !!!!!

Don´t know where to post this so I started this thread.
Went to Art Basel today and wanted to share a few pics with you.
The nicest piece is the Invader in front of the main building.
It´s curated by Artstübli (a small urban art gallery based in Basel)
and it is one of the 10 biggest pieces ever made by Invader.
According to the gallery the rainbow represents the art world and the gold stands
for the cash-madness created by commercial events like this.

Might go back tomorrow since a friend gave me a vip ticket but it´s really crazy overcrowded.

I quite like that on first glance. It isn't anything that I would ever want to have in my home but I must say that the soiled and graffitied plinth would irritate me to no end.

Whos the artist in the 7th image? (The one after the HM, in the shadows..)
