I wrote to LW explaining that their website had given me confirmation of the order and they replied not to worry because they have received my order and that I will receive an email at the time of shipment.
Has it ever happened to anyone else here to not receive a confirmation email or order number after purchasing the banksy mat? I have now asked LOVE WELOME for a reference number of my order ... let's see
