They are all numbered, to my knowledge. However the first 500+ are numbered on the back and not with a hangtag.

If they declare it as an artwork it could be around 9% of the total value + fees,
but if they declare it as a door mat it could be around 21/22%.
In my case it was declared as an artwork so I paid around €70 total for import duties and fees.

A month after receiving the Banksy Love Welcomes Mat I received a letter from Fedex inviting me to pay 50 euros (15 euros for administrative fees + 32 euros for import VAT and 3 euros corresponding to the VAT on 20% administration fees (!) )
