She is a lawyer who is currently in Lesvos to help the refugees.
โV challenging! Not leaving work before 7 and today and yesterday at 9! But v stimulating. I talk to the little children whenever i can and buy them crayons and paper and their drawings are by turns hope for the future ie flowers and sun and pictures of horror. xxxx and xxxx wd love the โfreedomโ they have here ie no rules no school but now over 1000 unaccompanied children not many of whom can b accommodated in the childrens section so they are easy prey. We are forbidden to take pics but someone sent me some which give a fair idea of conditions. Now 13000 people in a place designed for 3000. You will have read about the children who died in the fire two weeks ago and the burnt out container is a daily reminder of the danger lurking there.women are frightened to go thro the tents to the toikets at night. Strangely i walk thro streets of mytilini at night and the camp in the day and am not all worried about my safety. But the latest decision of trump which gives licence to the turks to kill as many Kurds as possible does not bode well for calm in the camp or for many syrians in Turkey. There is a shop near the office where women make bags etc from life jackets.โ

May be optimistic, but i'm hoping those who bought this item , will be rewarded because they bought something for the sole reason of keeping it without the knowledge of it being limited in any way.

At one point today that said the additional 500 would be put on a waiting list
Several descriptions have changed during the day, it's part of the fun
I'll bet the first 500 aren't same as the 2nd batch.. there's only 9 workers.. it would take years to hand make a few thousand. As with things B wise, there's always tricks.. and these said editioned at the"store" not unlimited like the open editions state
Regardless.. simply awesome piece, amazing meaning, great charity. A bargain in modern art cost terms imho..

Unlike you, I have absolutely zero interest in them being in any way limited, nor the need to blatantly lie about numbers in order to falsely inflate an investment.

No brainer. Framing a door mat will be a bit odd though. I'm going Plexi Glass Case and hanging it in my entry way so it's the first thing you see walking in.
