I ordered this (2nd pic) cleaner which I thought would take care of it but did nothing whatsoever. still looks the same. anyone have any recommendations?

It might be that the cleaner has damaged this coating, in which case, sorry to say but it's probably fucked.
I would just try a damp lint free cloth and just try and buff in circular motion.

Yes that’s what I’m assuming as well. Tried everything seems the marks are likely there to stay. Thanks anyhow!
