BANKSY: Good gallery/dealer offers, by fusion0001 on Feb 14, 2020 15:57:51 GMT 1, Given the fast price increase on Banksy prints I am seeing more and more gallery offers that are actually better priced compared to auctions or even private deals . Hence, I had an idea to collate a database of gallery offers of Banksy prints to expand on my database of auction results www.banksy-value.com
I have been myself trying to source a few prints and have collected quite a long list of quotations from different galleries, from which I will share here the attractive ones (full list at www.banksy-value.com/gallery.php, with 100+ quotes)
The ask to the community here is:
- Would maintaining such list be useful?
- Could you please contribute any quotes you get? I will maintain a full list (if you want to make my life easy you can add them straight at www.banksy-value.com/add_gallery.php
- Could you let me know if any of the offers I have are already sold?
This will obviously work only if people share their quotes here, so let's test it.

I don’t believe the work is fake at all, in fact I’ve see the pics and 99% it’s legit’ but apparently they haven’t been able to track down the person they bought from who has the original COA and PC won’t issue a new one. Not having the PC cert will of course make it worth a lot less. |

Buying unauthenticated prints with solid provenance is a good way to get a bargain. |
