May 6th Boris Johnson announces the UK could start to lift lockdown restrictions by next week.

The government has lost the strategic planning and management of the pandemic from the start , lack of preventive actions implemented when visible physcal signs were displayed globally and data was being shared in the early stages of the pandemic from European countries and china with the uk

Also the framework for pre planning of a pandemic the uk government had spent years draughting a policy and updating and implementing into practice along with the NHS contingency crisis management policies and pandemic plans that we now can see was clearly not actioned or followed .

These policies can run into millions of gdp to set up and implement with departments seconded to set up , these have all now been proved a waste of time in productivity management and tax payers money as they were not followed.

One of the important parts of these policies which has been a major crisis in this pandemic and has caused many unnecessary deaths in the health care front line was to medical staff and has caused rates of infections to spread to patients from medical staff ,
is that of a lack of PPE which these policies specifically predicted a need for increased levels of ppe in a pandemic and required stockpiles to be stored nationally in warehouses and to have back up strategies of suppliers contracts already contracted to create supplies if the need arised which has now shown none of the requirements stated in all of the government policies were set up .

Then to be in a bidding process to require the cheapest options to fill the shortfall of ppe purchasing from china and turkey which has shown the products purchased to fail many safety standards , with the blame then put on America in the early stages of the pandemic to the lack of ppe as of outbidding on the costs of ppe to excuse the shortfall in ppe , the cancelling of uk contracts on developments of ventillators to then buy from china which chief medical staff now inform through leak documents the recently purchased Chinese ventillators are the wrong type and could cause more deaths.

One would think the government would over pay to curb their failings in the shortfall of ppe but they are creating more needless deaths as purchasing the cheapest options available which has now shown to be faulty .

There is no clear handling so far from the government , in the early stages of the pandemic the middle classes were the biggest groups ignoring all advice on isolations , the groups that you would think would listen to advice and follow government recommendations ,these groups were breaking isolations with many travelling from London the highest rates of infections in the uk with multitudes of mutated virus strains present from the highest concentration of international travellers in the uk to windlemere ,Lake District ,wales ,Somerset etc as reported at the time in the news at the time , once in these places not following the social distancing either .
Many are still attending second homes across the country when warm weather is present

When the government introduced the quaritines for travellers returning to the uk in the beginning only a few were put through the procedure , was this done just for show at the time , to show the government had everything under control to calm the public

With the uk health advisors , scientific advisors and many MPs not following the governments isolations guidelines what tone of message does this send to the general public

Police can not enforce the guide lines set by the government , many forces going overboard with their interpretations of the guide lines , many police chiefs complaining about mixed messages from the government .

Many sporadic small demonstrations are occurring about the isolations which are not being reported by the main media , the last two weekends if you look through some internet sites , everyone is disregarding social distancing and isolations and sunbathing and congregating in groups in parks when the weather is nice , with the warm hot summer weather around the corner this behaviour will become worse hence the government playing at easing lockdown measures to ease the risk of civil unrest , with no time line of a release of a vaccine or medications to halt the virus it is not the right time to ease isolations .

The government needs to be more direct , more transparent in their findings of new research with the virus
And maybe the general public will take the seriousness of the pandemic highly .

Data should be present now on the rates of deaths with effects in relation to different illnesses ,ethnicities ,ages etc
Maybe this data should be released and the public will maybe follow guidelines advised .

At present lockdowns eased in Spain ,Germany and South Korea and cases of infections are rising already , which is not a case of maybe if infections and deaths rise in the uk post ease of lockdowns it is when the deaths will rise unnecessarily with relaxations now
We are in one country yet wales , England and Scotland have different health policies which they are following and give slightly differing advice to their citizens this is creating further confusion for the public .

The essential trips I have made to food shop , social distancing is not existent , people cough and sneeze without covering their faces .
The way this pandemic is handled now is just to manage the inevitable deaths to a manageable number

People that do not show symptoms could potentially wipe out their workforce , there are also cases globally of people purposefully spitting on public items and coughing in people's faces to pursposefully spread the virus ,which presents the case that many can not be left to their own to make the correct choices and need some type of management or guidance which is all over the place at present .

Tests can be carried out at the time of death but are not , the true figures of death must be really high for not wanting to test more accurately ?

Regardless of governments not wanting to scare the general public all facts and research should be shared with the public , eventually leaks of scientific information will occur then there is the possibility of trust lost from the public .
