The auction estimates are always "teasers" to stimulate competition so I would be surprised if they all weren't surpassed. Personally I think anyone buying one below £200k has got a solid gold bargain, certainly in the medium/long term. My personal preference is that I prefer the framed version so it's as the artist intended!!
