Banksy™ Thrower Prints Set, Gross Domestic Product™, by coller on Aug 15, 2020 20:06:40 GMT 1, it seems like the framing is part of the piece. owners are free to frame however, but it does seem like the framing instructions are meant to be a part of the art, and things like the contrast b/w the ornate frame and the cement-like style of the print background were important enough for banksy to include as instructions.
also deciding whether or not you should follow banksy's framing instructions for this piece is maybe the most hilarious first world problem ever.
congratulations to everyone who was chosen. you have something really special.

Could you get an appraisal from somewhere like Castle Gallery, I'm sure they would have a decent gauge on what it should be worth.
I have a vested interest, but I do believe this print to be worth £150k with COA. Not hyping, just my evaluation, take with a pinch of salt.

Also any potential buyer should request a copy of the initial invoice from the initial GDP lottery winner in order to avoid excessive duties in their country if/when sold to another person.

Doubt it would have any effect. Same image but very different prints when it comes to size (this triptych is massive), color and edition numbers.
