Or forcing sellers through BBAY? Good question.
That's either a straightforward disclaimer that you'll be charged the standard for a COA when these become available (although other prints had these thrown in, but given the 2 year gap who knows). Or it means being tied to whatever rules Bbay come up with regarding the secondary market and restrictions they may have on selling.
Either way I suspect all this is irrelevant to those opening these packages. This is a stunning image which goes back decades with Banksy from his time at the record company. Printed in a special way and should be hung as such.

My opinion, the agreement mentioned will only be needed for the extremely limited items, the clutch bag and tombstones for example.
Unless of course, 2 years after purchase an email arrives asking to agree to not selling for 5 more years in order to receive the COA.... Just imagine

I have been lucky winning a Thrower print and I'm absolutely over the moon.
Even when I got an email from FL to confirm shipping address, I still couldn't believe it would ever arrive.
And those 9 months of waiting have been... well its perfectly normal for a full grown man to wake up crying cuddling up to Banksys Wall & Piece book right?
Now I'm ready to talk to the framers, and I was wondering what all you lovely experts were thinking, or doing with their prints.
I really love the ornate gold frames, so I'm pretty sure I am going with that, but my main concern would be the oval frame for the thrower print.
Considering I had less then a 1% chance of winning the ballot for this print, should I take a 1% chance of the print bleaching over time.
I do admit the oval frame looks so much better, but Im considering leaving it out now. What are you guys thinking?
Is this a genuine concern? Have any of you talked to framers at all? Have you ever had anything like this happen to your prints?

I downloaded it, opened it, and added some dimension on it. not sure if true to size to the actual printed pcs. But maybe someone that has one can confirm.
To me, the first thing i notice is that there is more top space on the actual flower print. then in this download file. maybe the framer is required to "crop" the image

Here is my Morons and then photoshopped to show you what I mean.
This frame is too wide and probably too ornate, but you get the idea

I would see how it looks by having the very fancy 3" wide frame for the middle main image, and then the other 2 frames not as fancy or wide.

Edition number. So each piece said xxx/300. The framer pointed it out, I didn't even notice.
