Been trying to get an approximate shipping date from them for a couple of weeks now, and I'm not getting any response to my contact requests via their email address. No phone number listed on their website, and regardless of that the time difference with the UK would make it a pain in the proverbial to phone them. Has anyone had dealings with them in the past? Don't want to go down the route of contacting PayPal yet, a) because it's a charity print, and b) because it's only been a bit over a month. No response to email worries me, though, so any thoughts are greatly appreciated! Was only $100, but still...

I've bought a bit of stuff from them. Always been good to deal with. Fire some casual queries at them via social media. They're usually very responsive on Instagram

I bought from them a Fanakapan print back in November. Still not here. Try Instagram. I ve gotten some responses from them there. Although after I reached out to the artist 2 weeks ago things started to roll. The print currently is in customs. You will get it. When? Nobody knows...

Looking at this photo on Instagram from 6 days ago it looks like they are printed and being shipped. A rough estimate looking at that pallet there are probably circa 750 prints there, that's a LOT of work for a small gallery 🤦♂️
Art galleries are NOT Amazon Prime.

As it happened, after the suggestion by daylightrobber, I managed to get hold of someone on Facebook who sent me the same image you have. Don't have Instagram, so I didn't see it there. So it seems all good. Thread served its purpose. No need for the snark, eh?

Not asking a lot to send a one line update when asked for a likely shipping date. Wasn't demanding, or rude, just asked them a month after I purchased something when it was likely to ship. No response, so emailed again a few days later. No response. If you're going to be in business then at least acknowledge your customers. I'm local, and heading to pick mine up now, but asked if I should bring a tube. I was told mine was flat, with backing board and protection... Which print did you buy? feel free to PM me, and I'll ask any questions you may have when I'm down there in a couple of hours
