Incorrect. The initial Clown Skateboards Banksy Test Press series was authenticated by the artist to be a 3 deck series with 100 of each deck allowed to be produced of which only 20 of each were printed & skated by the Clown Skateboards team riders at the time (year 2000) of which weren’t numbered / authenticated officially at the time. These remaining 80 sets of the 3 deck series have been numbered & stamped officially by Clown Skateboards. I believe that back in the early 00s various colourways of the Banksy Clown deck were produced once again in 100 deck runs as agreed by the artist but after the acetate screens have been used this final time to complete the initial Test Press Series these screens will be retired.

Much fairer to sell them individually to 240 people than sets to just 80. Seems like an odd thing to do.

Here's a good explanation of the versions, from their website. Seems clear:

"Clown was launched with the BANKSY TEST PRESS series in August 2000 with an initial run of 20 of each board - all hand printed, produced to gauge interest with shops and our first team members. Just like dubplates in music we wanted to know which got the best feedback in order to go into full production for Christmas 2000. The monkeys bombed (go figure) but the logo was very well received – “if you change the colours”. So our first full run were 100 black and red Clown logo boards. The Monkeys never got to see a full run and the blue and black logo board was put away."
