It's not quite a timed release but the Welcome Mats are about as close as you're going to get.

I dont believe they created finished art work then sold prints of a zoomed area of paint, did they?

This is a photography print, right? Can we call this a Hirst work if its a photo of a Hirst work? I supposed you can if he was the photographer. Not sure how that works.
Either way, a nice opportunity to support another charity and put something nice on the wall.

Do you reckon the edition sizes will be more or less than the butterfly heart & rainbow ones? Hard to say. I like the NHS editions more than these. That said, the NHS editions were quite small already and they seem to sell for some profit, so it's possible more people will buy to resell. |

As an abstract fan I love seeing the textures up close, the colours fit perfectly with a room I'm currently decorating, and it's also for a good cause! I'm not fussed about edition size or resale as I like the image.
