Are you suggesting that we should censor actual news because it is counter to Banksyโs intent? Give me a break man. I think it is an interesting topic and warrants discussion. Perhaps it should be moved to a different area of the board. While this act should not be attributed to or associated with Banksy (sources I have seen do not cite Louis Michel as the boat on which the attacker was quarantined prior to entering Italy), it has certainly given me more pause before supporting any similar endeavors, whether via purchases of Banksy products or donations to Banksy supported humanitarian endeavors.
I think the unintended consequences which have led to gruesome killings of innocent people and have created a major threats to public safety are worth considering. France has had to deploy over 1,000 troops in response to this new threat to public safety.
Feel free to ignore facts that conflict with your rosy beliefs about Banksy, but please do not ask us all to censor reality.

I also saw a meme going around against Pia Klemp, by name and Banksy, by association. I can share the picture. Wether its true or not I do not know but it is spreading in france. Wether you disapprove of it, its making the rounds, and when pia name is mentioned, banksy is by association, hurting his reputation, which saddens me. That's all.

I think the unintended consequences which have led to gruesome killings of innocent people and have created a major threats to public safety are worth considering. France has had to deploy over 1,000 troops in response to this new threat to public safety. Feel free to ignore facts that conflict with your rosy beliefs about Banksy, but please do not ask us all to censor reality.
You are seriously arguing that humanitarian aid should be questioned because there is a a possibility that an ill intentioned person could benefit from it ?
