Regardless of their reputation which I also understand to be of a very high standard, if this does turn out to be counterfeit/replica/fake etc (which it would appear that it is) and that the only reason they were alerted of this was down to this Forum thread, then they will need to take a long hard look at themselves. Iโm in the market for a signed WSM or Bomb Middle England and was interested to register for this auction, obviously this has left me feeling somewhat disillusioned..... I for one am certainly interested to hear what they have to say

Another reason why I cant take Banksy Value too seriously, I am in the market for a signed WSM. I look on their website which is continually promoted on this forum (by members with multiple usernames) and it tells me there is an upcoming Auction so I click on the link and it takes me to one of the most blatant fakes Ive ever seen!!
If nothing had been said, then the print gets sold and the price gets published.....
In this case the power of the Forum was greater than the blatant manipulation which goes on here...
In my โnon-expertโ opinion, prints sold without a COA / approved COA application/ non-publishing of print numbers should not be included in their BPI....

Regardless, well done to everyone who raised the matter with Artcurial, it should never have got to the catalogue stage and as it has no COA should never have been offered for sale.
Regardless of opinion Pest Control strongly recommend not buying anything without a COA from any source whatsoever and I certainly would not.

I totally agree, I am not sure why Banksy Value is at fault it's only listing what's coming up (and prices that works have sold for), however it did initially flag that it looked suspicious to them. I cannot remember what it said alongside it but it was clear it was dubious to them. No C.O.A no sale, it's as simple as that.
