Nothing to do with Christmas break, they are just crap at basic things like communication.

Got the refund from my bank as well, then although Drag City never replied to any of my emails to let me know what's going on, they contested the bank payment reversal and recharged me... So beware anyone who went through that process you may have been charged again... ๐คฌ
