Shipping Art • UK, USA, Asia, Europe, Australia, by eduarandres on Sept 20, 2009 13:08:32 GMT 1, Hi Many times i have paid way too much for shipping and sometimes it takes 4-5 days to arrive
Sometimes having problems with weight and size.. too big or too heavy
I wanted to tell people wich one im using now so other people can benefit from it
www.pharosparcel.com they use UPS wich mean they will pick it up from your house and deliver next day and you will also have traking numbers
1-10 kilos its about £9 and to spain.. sweden and other european destinations £20 ( size not a problem ) i think america its expensive but for uk and near european countries its good
AND YOU CAN USE PAYPAL
PLEASE SHARE WITH US IF YOU HAVE A BETTER COMPANY

looks god but then you have to wait for companies to contact you?
i think that you ship when you need to ship so having to wait is not a really good idea but it is probably best if you are moving house and all that but dont think is as good for artwork

Interparcel are pretty good

You can get a quote direct from website.
They use DHL and TNT but at a fraction of the cost....

is this something new? I've had many pieces shipped in wood crates of all shapes and sizes from the UK and have never had any issue with this...

Shipping Art • UK, USA, Asia, Europe, Australia, by yankeebankee on Jan 29, 2010 11:37:16 GMT 1, I bought a framed print, the seller packed it in wood and told me when the courier came to collect it they told him to repackage it because he used untreated wood. It could have been an excuse for why it was late shipping but thought I would mention it...

Shipping Art • UK, USA, Asia, Europe, Australia, by lside on Jul 21, 2010 8:56:14 GMT 1, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience shipping multiple pieces of artwork overseas and can offer any advise and possibly recommend a company.
We're moving half way across the world and I'd like my unframed artwork to arrive safely.
Thanks
