My two cents, for what its worth, is that Dolk is still a very niche artist whose 'urban art' phase doesn't have the international profile of whom you've mentioned. I'm a huge fan of his earlier stuff (and own a kitty riot) but wouldn't expect him to be in that bracket.
Many forum 'darlings' have gone this way over the years.
Saying that, Teddy Riot is a great print so good luck with the sale OP. You might need to sit on it if you want that kind of ยฃ for it though.

Invader market jumped within a year with two galleries noted pumping work, Stiks market justified by constant auction results. Itโs known some dealers purchase own represented work at auctions that they have a vested interest in to pump their held stock of the particular artist.The artists mentioned market now is made up of investors. Thierry noir market has attracted buyers to purchase as a speculative investment with quotes stated, and many regretting purchasing now .
As soon as sudden price increases certain buyers flock in seeking profits to be made.
just mentioned itโs a potentially easy market to manipulate with the limited variables in his market.
If there was evidence of this happening to markets many would buy in early hence it is manipulated . Happens in stock markets all the time and can see similar trends in art markets
