This worked for me. It may be different on mobile. Cannot find connect to MetaMask wallet on Heni!?! When I’m in MetaMask do I go to the ‘Buy’ option and then to ‘wyre’ option to continue payment with debit card?
I don't remember every detail of the process, but seem to remember that clicking through from the Heni email took me to a page that guided me through the process, which started with connecting to Metamask. I didn't complete the transaction in Metamask. I set up a Metamask account and then went back to Heni and did everything there.

I know there are 10k of these, but when you remove Hirsts 1k, a couple of k that will be burned and then all the people likely refusing to sell as it's their only chance for an original Hirst, there may not be a huge number freely moving around |

Still could be a shill bid to kick things off. It's fairly trivial to cancel a buy on ebay afterwards if both buyer/seller agree. |

The artist getting its cut of resales is an integral part of NFTs, possibly why they are not keen on people passing on spare wins too.
Selling for 30k on ebay is exactly why Heni want you to trade via nifty gateway. That's potentially 3 grand he's missing out on (or whatever they've set the % at.

For sure, but Heni get a cut when you trade through their platforms. Presumably they don't if you just transfer it to someone outside of that (I'm not fully clear on how handing over NFTs works).

Log into heni on the chrome, then at the top right of the webpage there should be a jigsaw puzzle looking symbol, click on that and log into meta mask. Once logged in, go back onto heni page and click proceed or something to that affect, then it should just be a case of clicking through the screens.

Have had problems before when Stripe are processing the payment. Each time i try to pay it gets declined. Rang Amex who said it had not been presented. Tried different cards, my wifes and a friends. Again Stripe decline. Have emailed Heni who told me it is my bank / card rejecting it. Not true. Anyone have the same issue? Any advice? My final option feels to buy crypto and try to pay with that? Make a Revolut account and pay through them. That's what I did!
I was going to say revolut as well, for better or worse they seem to let all payments go through, whereas my bank often blocks large payments, payments to crypto sites etc. It has the added benefit that you don't pay a fee for non-sterling transactions.

Very frustrating but finally managed to sort payment and got confirmation. Thanks to everyone for the helpful advice.

If your'e paying by card then you need to contact your provider. This is happening a lot. |

Seems quite arbitrary - first card I tried was declined, but I tried again with a different card issued by the same bank and it went through. No apparent rhyme or reason for it. All I can think of is that I may have used the second card for a previous Heni purchase.

Kind of lame tbh.

Not sure if this is the case here because it’s an NFT but it looks like the banks want their pound of flesh on this new market. Still waiting on my Heni email.
