I donโt think they are that bad looking in comparison to some of the bigger hitters out there. The project was and still is a joke as are most of the projects that push invites for Whitelist ( even more so when you are on the WL and can mint more than one NFT). I didnโt buy into this one but can see it tanking further into the 0.7-0.8 ETH region which might attract more attention for it.

They look like a cheap design mockup, there's no good lighting, the materials are just your standard shading, and the modelling is to a very low standard. But each to their own I guess |

I think some talented professionals are just now realizing it's a great money making venture and getting involved. But in Plan's case, I'm sure much more attention is put into marketing might than design quality as a key KPI.

But each to their own I guess This is what really gets me about NFTs. You look at the quality, whether its 3D stuff, 2D vector, cartoony, whatever. And it's almost always not very good. But these folks are making bank hand over fist. I just don't get it. Do the 'real' industry folks just not care? Not worth their time? Not much incentive after the big payout and you're just living off of royalties. I wonder if they offer a skeleton crew to give just enough attention to make people not feel like its a complete rug..? |

I bought Banksy prints at point of release around 20 years ago and have bought a wide variety of art between times.
I can assure you that I have never been tempted by sour grapes and am always happy to see others do well and read of their successes on this forum and elsewhere.
I just donโt think the โsour grapesโ defence stacks up when trying to defend this recent release by Plans. I was part of the Discord and left before release. My one regret before leaving, not posting that I could smell a rat. I felt nothing would be achieved as so many were set to gain.
Iโll say it again, the Plans release has hallmarks of a fraudulent scheme. I fear people are going to get stung.
