I was sent this and I'm pretty sure they knew it was damaged when they sent it out. They (Loja de Serralves) were reluctant to refund and were terrible in their communication, so much so that I had to ask PayPal to intervene and issue the refund for me.
It's a shame really, as when the tree turned up I really liked it.
