What makes you say that flippers were all over this?
Edition of 250 and I can see only one on eBay.

It sold out in seconds. It had sold out by the time I completed my purchase. It wasn’t even on the site anymore

Back in 2017 the Ai Weiwei ebay release for Public Art Fund was highly publicized on social media and websites. It took hours before the two editions of 1000 sold out. The mini Pequi tree edition on the other hand hardly got any publicity.
Not even on the Instagram account from Serralves and it sold out in seconds.
These were a nice pick up for those that knew about it, from memory the middle finger was an edition of 1000 so surprised there are only 250 of this one. Just an observation.
