I, of course don't know what happened to yours. But it seems that there are a lot of examples from this edition that appear to be somewhat damaged: when you go on artsy, for example, many of the upper branches seem to be bent/crooked.
I don't know if this is part of the manual manufacturing process or due to shipping (as the material is quite soft I think) or something else ... but "perfect" examples seem to be the exception

I've seen 3 of these and they all have subtle variations / bends etc (or they are damaged).

About the variations:
Yes, they say that all are "welded, finished and polished by hand" - they are all in a sense unique pieces.
- Therefore: I can accept and even appreciate certain slight (!) variations.
- But: after all, the edition is made after a gigantic unique iron tree. So I think the editions should not be too far removed from the original model. That is why I said "slight" variations; some of these really just don't look right anymore as the branches are terribly bent out of shape.

Mine is fine, would not complain (see image on a previous page).
However, this is the second one that I bought. It is directly from source. The first one I purchased here on the forum - and had to return it. It was terribly bashed up and the branches were all over the place. The seller said that it was fine when he shipped it, and I had no reason to doubt this. Therefore, I assume that it happend during shipping. But as the seller never got in touch after he refunded me the money, so I don't know if he was able to find out what happened.
