Pejac - So Far, So Close, by dullahmo on Feb 23, 2022 20:36:31 GMT 1, To be fair I just spent $3200 on Steven Harrington`s latest print. I felt like that will be a good investment. Otherwise this wouldve been a no brainer. I`m also struggling in my house to know where I would store such a massive art print (110x80cm) The bigger the better! At least that's what the Mrs says. At least you scored something mate. I have had no such joy this past year. What with all the silly lotteries, favouritism, VIP lists, and other skullduggery etc etc. Probably for the best! It`s been a crap year overall.

Pejac - So Far, So Close, by dullahmo on Feb 23, 2022 21:17:26 GMT 1, I find this innate hate against P&P among us all so relatable.
I always flinch at an order even if the P&P is a tiny fraction of the whole order. We have so many options for free delivery now a days.
I bet we wouldn`t be disgusted if the postcard as $40 and the P&P $5

Pejac - So Far, So Close, by Deleted on Feb 23, 2022 22:25:28 GMT 1, Dive Jedi's post on pejac thread does have me slightly concerned however. I know that originality is kind of an oxymoron and that nothing is truly original. What do you think? Looks like plagiarism to me. I wouldn't be concerned. How do we know Pejac was aware of that piece?
1. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery 2. Great minds think alike.
Could be one of the above and neither are negative. Both play on the same notion and Pejac's is better... it's beautiful.

It's beautiful but I'm more interested in D*face or Piet Parra at this moment.
Hard decision.
Maybe in the future! Please do share pictures when you guys have it framed up!

I saw that screenshot from the person who bought 15. Crazy!
I might buy anyway and frame it alongside The Boss postcard

Pejac - So Far, So Close, by Couch Tado on Feb 24, 2022 3:26:33 GMT 1, Maybe yes, maybe no. Heโll sell a ton of lottery tickets and it will sell out easily. It seems to be following the prices of other recent releases (Retna, Futura, etc). Seems like prices across the board are rising, so maybe this is just the new normal.

Agree 101 %
Some explanations โฆ
Pejac has the big head ( donโt think so anyway) or is fed up to see his mini prints flipped double /triple the price.
Max ( or others - as for Dran ) became harder in managementโฆ more mercantili
Pejac moved in uk (?!)
Pejac thinks that he is the new Banksy and is selling with the prices that could be in 5 years ? He anticipates the fame.
These shippping prices are very wrong because his postman steals money .. Or he does not know where the countries are exactly located ( in Papouasie ? )
I wonder how my Meadow paid 300 โฌ 10 years before could cost now ?
Or he simply does not care of us. And if we are not happy we can fuck off โฆ
Iโm sure that these mini prints make more money than the prints themselves
Weird anyway : he sells lottery tickets ๐ซ at the eBay prices for past mini prints โฆ ( shipping and vat not be right ! Even l13 sends prints for less Thant that )
To finish ( and the true ) : his carrier shipping transporter ( UPS ) are really burglars, but we all now that !
Now you can call me twattie patrick โฆ

Pejac will sell 60 at 4.5 (hand finished )
you tell me which one you are buying and I ll tell you if you have good taste.
collectors spending 4.5k on a quality print are not that worried on spending 50 eu on a lottery ticket
there is just no rooms for flippers that is why people on here are freaking out
but if you look at the quality of this print honestly I think Pejac works gets better on each release.

Please donโt use the โanti-fipping tacticโ as an excuse for such a price surge. I for one am not a flipper but just someone who (in my mind legitimately) thinks this increase is just hard to justify. Of course pricing will also always be subjective but there are ways to try to objectify it (some are mentioned in the thread, like shows, galleries, auctions, etc).
