The only downside with them is you might not get as many eyes on it as if you went with a larger auction house (i.e. Christies, Phillips, etc).
Quick and painless on my end with little to no fees which were def. an upside. Payment took about 3-4 weeks between having the buyer pay, having the piece collected/delivered.

They`re communication is routine but they`ve used the most disgusting pictures that I sent as a general "here you here, here`s proof I have the piece" as the main pictures. I`ve sent about 30 more pictures for them to consider but even the tiniest amount of reflection is "too much".
They can be a big FAFF!
