Fake KAWS x Tokion posters , by EHC on Mar 7, 2022 19:49:12 GMT 1, Just wanted to give a heads up that the vast majority of the KAWS Tokion posters seen offered seem to be fakes. I've reached out to the auction houses to let them know as well.


The real ones are more yellow, the paper is more glossy, and the skin and other areas are more smooth, not grainy and orange. The real ones have images that are more crisp and sharp. 





These were originally a part of a set of 4 posters, the others being from Shepard Fairey, Barry Mcgee, and Perks. If the seller has these other ones (which I have not seen any fakes of, yet) it is a more solid sign that the KAWS one is probably authentic. Good luck!
