There seem to be a lot of paper veils but there are loads more of the paper blossoms. Hopefully the next release after this one. Pricing will be interesting.

I’m guessing heni primary will be a new channel for releases of originals. Wonder how Gagosian feel about that. There seem to be a lot of paper veils but there are loads more of the paper blossoms. Not a quick flip piece so won't excite people, but an excellent long term investment, along with mainly very attractive images IMO

For ages there was so much bragging about how they’d all done so well. Now all on discord complaining about not getting preferential treatment. Fact is, it was a lottery to get a Currency in the first place so they’ve all had a chance to do very well out of it. Acting like they’re in some special ‘select’ club with endless benefits. I’m embarrassed for them.

Just wish I could find £20k that quickly. |

I don’t understand why the fact it’s on card is detrimental though. Is that to do with the longevity of the work?

You can see the paint and oil soaked through on the rear of each piece. The canvas webbing is just around the edges of the frame. I don’t understand why the fact it’s on card is detrimental though. Interested to see how much the cherry blossom originals are going to be priced at, as well as the ‘edition’ size… Based on the Paper Veils, this gives an indication that there will be 1,000 - 2,000 Cherry Blossoms and pricing between $10k - $15k. Could be worth buying a Currency NFT at $5k to use this as a utility in the future. |

Yeah I’ve got a little more than that but the Heni questionnaire is a lot less invasive than the recent DDT store for the OsGemeos Bronze sculptures. They asked details like how much do I spend in a year on art, total income, social handles and a few other questions. I declined to go forward with the inquiry(but let’s face it this sculpt will retail for for 20k+ and this process was to weed out buyers like me). Are inquiries like this regular for high end pieces? |
