The damage is the same across pretty much all these prints - the edges at the top and bottom of the roll have dents all around the outside.
Not DHLโs fault imo - poor pre-packaging and handling before they even went into the tubes.

I wouldn't have for this print though. I wonder if the tubes are similar to the poster tubes. They may just offer a refund, this was what you'd have got if your Currency had been lost or damaged. Hopefully they'll replace them.

These are signed posters at best, and have been afforded the same packaging as a poster. Just sprinkle in a bit of hype & FOMO which has meant people have paid north of $1k for them.

At first I also thought they were "lazy", I agreed with someone who called them "glorified posters" ... BUT when you seen them in the context of the whole currency project, they develop a lot of depth. Many of the points the above member has spelled out nicely. Particularly, the fact that they are reproductions of destroyed originals raises interesting questions about the nature of art, the importance of the manual participation of the artist, the status of an original etc.
