Love the work, not overly concerned about making money. But if you look at how Pejac prices have been trending vs. other big names and the overall market, he's certainly "hot" right now.
Could be a good time to buy, could be a terrible time. And the views of all 10 of us clowns left on this forum will have absolutely no impact on that...

Pricing on both pieces seems ambitious, but who knows these days?! Two cool pieces, but these might be better placed in auctions or private sales IMO.

His x/70 or x/100 prints are now selling at $12-18k. Hand-embellished prints going for $18-22k. Snow Angel hammered at $24K. If you were selling a decent sized original, what would you ask?
Not defending the prices or commenting on โworthโ. Just suggesting the market for his work has stepped up recently. Only time will tell if it holds.

I'm curious what artists you are recommending? I'm sure folks told Banksy owners to let them go early on too... The hype machine is really real on this site though - dots, butterflies, book covers, finger paintings, toys/sculptures.. some in the price tiers as Pejac's. While they may not be comparable the fact is Pejac put on a quality show in Berlin and the art captures the space and one's mind, of owners and visitors alike. The biggest evaluation is whether or not you would still be captivated with the work, every day, if it were to be worth nothing - in which, what I own, I would.

I bet it goes for somewhere between ยฃ10,000-ยฃ12,000 at auction. Hard to say because they just donโt move but personally one of my favorite pieces!
