Damien Hirst - The Beautiful Paintings, by aclondon on Apr 4, 2023 14:01:06 GMT 1, just been at the Heni gallery in London, to check the works. They are pretty nice and the quality of the colour is good in my opinion. I suggest to go at least for the 70cm size, the others are too small.
I have the impression that those works will do extremely well on the secondary market. At the end of the day those are unique works (not edition of 500, ..)

I have no idea how theyโll do on secondary but at the end of the day, they are unique works designed digitally and possibly randomly (not by Hirst), printed on an inkjet printer, and signed by Hirst. Not for me but good luck to everybody going for one! |

Hirst and several studio assistants were on hand to help, and the completed works were stamped..." Authenticity. Is it art or isn't it art? Does it become art simply because it is signed and authorised by Damien Hirst?

Generation of image. Is it of less value because a computer has generated the random image rather than the random image having been created by thrown paint on a spinning surface? Is one necessarily better than the other?

I know everyone is going to say buy the work you like but I also dont want to buy something that isn't going to do well. $3K for a signed Hirst, I'm on the fence.
