About signed Hirst posters in general: if you are offered one (maybe 5, 10 + years old), what do you use in order to establish a certain degree of trust in its authenticity?

Honest question: why are they called "unique" prints?

The whole operation must still be highly profitable. People buy a lot of these overpriced prints and production cost must be quite low.

(Would be interesting if HENI owned the machines that are used to make these or if the printing/laminating is outsourced.)

These are mind numbingly bad.

Quite clever of Heni to tie in with Phillips for this release. Don’t underestimate the volumes Phillips will be able to shift for them. I don’t see the final edition numbers being as small as people may think due to this.

If they manage to sell all the OGs I will be shocked. But not too shocked.

I imagine so, would have paid for itself many times over.

I think that with the state of the market and the poor image quality (only the Richter-Longos appeal to me), that the edition sizes on these will be very low. I keep seeing it everywhere, that new editions are just not selling well at source.
