I have a question about the authenticity of an artwork but I didn't found any thread here about that, so I'm posting it right there (tell me if it's not the good place).
I have authenticity questions regarding "FLOWER BOMBER BRONZE STATUE", 2019 version, #4530956490595, from SYNC x BRANDALISM (sculpture inspired by Banksy's artwork). I searched the forum for answers, searched all the internet, wrote messages to MedicomToy and Sync, but I have no answer and didn't have any information to authenticate or not my item.

So do someone know things about it ? If so can you give me advice, photos and all the details you have about this artwork (weight, hologram on the outer box or not, photos of the below of the feet to see what is indicated and if it's engraved or not, etc.) ?

I'm sure there must be Medicom and Toy Collector facebook groups you could ask. Maybe try there.
I've heard there's fakes, but no idea how you tell the difference.
But neither are authorised by Banksy anyway, so maybe you're better just to buy the cheaper fake of a fake !

It gives you an idea what people paid for the standard edition last year. I guess you can use those to negociate a better price |

It would have been better to post this before doing that and spending the money on framing but I know some people prefer to frame at their end, and costs in postage when framed are expensive...especially out of the UK.

After that it sit in the suitcase

If biding in auctions always check the rest of the lots and their past sales, it can tell a story.
Ask questions "before" you bid. If they say it has a receipt ask for a picture. This one is 100% a copy

However the chap mentioned on the resident card was indeed there on those dates. I know because I was there too and we had a chat in the lobby.
I think he bought dozens of boxes over several trips with groups of friends. He was running some sort of gallery at the time canโt remember the name. It is very possible he is consigning this (but could also be someone making copies)
Also at the time there was no numbering iirc, or pink stamps, or stars etc on receipts. In fact mine looks exactly like that except itโs not a copy.
Not saying you should buy this, but also not sure itโs fake

From what I can see everything looks legit. I can't say it's definitely a real one, but nothing indicates it's a fake.
