Hi everyone, I know some nick smith prints seem to have risen in value. All my art is in storage and I have to do insurance. Any idea what these prints of nick smith edition of 22 (matching numbers prints) I should insure for? I believe they're called captulets orchard part 1 and 2
Also shepherd fairey Palace of power xl edition of I think 70, but might be otherwise....
ANY help greatly appreciated.

I have a Kenz canvas from 2020 that is 1200 x 1200mm.
i have done a bit of research on here and elsewhere and saw that in 2022 900 x 700mm pieces were selling for a list price of 5.5k Eur and someone was seemingly trying to sell one for $9k last year but i am not sure if it sold.
Would an insurance valuation be based off the m2 rate from last year?
i.e. 0.9*0.7 = 0.63m2 = 8,730 Eur/m2 so a 1.2 x 1.2 would be worth circa 12,5k Euro?

Mounted in a frame, 70% UV glass, flocked backing. Pages are held open with acetate and the book is "hung" in a similar way to avoid any damage
I have no idea what It could be worth - Any ideas?

It is not a bargain though.
I had previously bought this from Oxfam for ยฃ300 when it was described as โvery good conditionโ but when I received it the condition of the cover was really bad as the plastic had come away from the inside cover (on front and back) from what must have been heat damage.
I tried to get it repaired by a professional book restorer at my additional cost, but they said the cover could not be repaired back to its original condition.
Oxfam were great about it and Iโm pleased that Oxfam have amended the description of the condition now they has resisted for sale.
Below are my photos of the cover damage so anyone can decide if they want to take a punt on it. FWIW, the inside pages were great.
If anyone has a better condition copy this book, I will pay a lot more than ยฃ225. ๐

We sold another original, slightly larger with 3 characters on it for ยฃ130k via Christies last year, but believe this Burka to be a more significant piece, and not sure what the market has done with Stik since then.
