Priced based on these comps, we’re at about $5k (all inclusive$ for it which we think is a fair price.
If it doesn’t sell, that just indicates where the markets at. Best to look at things objectively vs emotionally which alot of people do - understandably so. When this downturn kicked in, we were told by a lot of collectors that art is recession proof and that they weren’t going to lower their asking prices. Things change, and you have to learn to adapt accordingly.
