Sorry mate didn't mean it to come across like that ;D
The little ones are very nice and I think have a very personal touch. I have one of a guy with his head in the televison that I bought from the WK auction last year.

New to this discussion but I want to share my piece too realy love it, bought it two or three years ago when Neate's weren't that expensive at all. Many people don't reckon a Neate in at all hahaha (losers). www.Expressobeans/public/detail.php/75166
Any comments? ps. this one actually รญs for sale, interested, PM me pps. How do you add a picture to a message?

Adam Neate Originals, by Deleted on Aug 10, 2008 10:32:00 GMT 1, He you did the trick! do you need some kind of authorisation to do it? I'm such an ass with computers :S.
Since I'm overload with PMs I can also give the price here. Won't be sold for less than 10K GBP, just love the piece too much to sell it for less. Prov. form beautifulcrime, but AN fans will immediatly regocnize the fine art.
Cheers, Jopkop Utrecht, Holland

Adam Neate Originals, by Deleted on Aug 10, 2008 10:40:23 GMT 1, unfortunatly I did! They were very enthousiastic about the piece and estimated at 25K-30K GBP (if you don't believe it, what I can imagine, I still have the mails haha). Since I'm a student I was looking for the money I couldn't doubt and agreed with it. Later on they decided to put the estimated lower.. on the sale everything went wrong (no internet bidding etc) and the piece didn't sell.. great excuses etc but the whole thing costs me about 500 euros.. Hope to sell it in private.. Cheers, Jopkop

I remember that all too well - it was a ridiculous estimate given that gallery pieces go for not too much more that that. I was looking to place something in the autumn auction but have been put off by Drewetts - because of some of the crazy estimates (including yours unfortunately) and because of some of the stories about people being unable to bid online etc.
Your canvas is stunning IMO and wish you luck in selling it - if I were you, I'd keep hold of it until things improve and then try and place it in a Bonhams auction (although they're not accepting any more Adam Neate's for at least 18 months).

Adam Neate Originals, by Deleted on Aug 15, 2008 9:08:37 GMT 1, picked my piece up from Londen and saw the framing. please give your opinion about the frame, not sure about it!
was less happy with the details:
didn't pay that much for the frame but it was obliged to me by dreweatts for their urban art sale. cheers!

Pity, 'cos it's quite a pretty picture...

Adam Neate Originals, by manty on Aug 15, 2008 9:17:54 GMT 1, The frame is errr ok, i suppose, most of these white box frames have invisable corners, which in effect means you cant see the joins
I got a few done by railings gallery London, rough cost for a fewe neate prints was around ยฃ200 each including UV glass
I love whats in your frame though, and if you want to trade instead of sell please pm me

is it a deepend that you've got there? can't really see it..
