I can't think of any other cultural event of such dimension that is not publicized until the day before it starts ! It leaves a bad impression, something like "we are so important that we don't need to publicize the show, people will come anyway, and if we announce it there would be too many people anyway..." And all that mystery and secrets about those street art events in England is getting a bit exasperating. I can't imagine such a thing on this side of the Channel ! I LOVED the Cans festival 1, don't get me wrong, but I prefer the simple, friendly, cool atmosphere of events such as Kosmopolite, etc... After all, this is only just street art !

The installation cars are a hoot, but don't bother going through them, they've been given the once over and theres no freebie art for the taking.
I have a suspicion the street stencil artists will come back in and work the tunnel over again.

there is a cafe round the corner, when I went to the first one I didnt bring a drink with me and was gasping for one as it is a bit muggy in the tunnel but after queing up for over an hour to get in I just walked round thirsty as I didnt want to que up again.
Any ques this time anyone?
And is the public painting area ok to paint in???

When people poke each other and stare he's been going up to them and shaking their hand or winking and walking off. Everyones wispering 'thats banksy'. There is a media platform being bulit. Fuck knows whats going on, cant believe he's come out though. The security have now closed the tunne at each end for securtiy checks apperently, so its slower to get in. I'm heading down now. Unbelievable... I wonder what the platform is for?"
