HELP!!! Posting a BRP tube insured to Germany, by blacksy on Oct 27, 2008 13:11:58 GMT 1, Hi people -
Wondered if i could get some advice with regard to posting out a print in a Black Rat Press Tube.
I purchased a D-Face liberty print - and i want to post it out to my brother who is currently living in Germany.
Just been to the post office - and they want to charge me ยฃ47 for the privelage of doing so!
I'm guessing when people purchase from the BRP direct - they courier the prints out to them, but i can't imagine them paying anywhere near ยฃ47 for recorded and insured up to ยฃ350.
Any advice would be welcome!

I /think/ it should /just/ be under the regulation size - I've posted a BRP to europe and I'm sure it's not cost that much.
I've also had to argue with a t**t behind the counter who said a tube was too big. I refused to leave the counter till he got the guidelines out. He totally didn't know the correct size, and was just presuming but took a while to back down.
