And anyway its not as if D went back to Lidl. He's a graphic designer by trade and they make pretty good money, it could also be argued (and has been on here) that his art is born out of that very same graphic design you think he hates so much.
The only difference is that now he isnt designing for someone else, which as you put it, he hated so much.
