Just think about it. If you knew such thing is going to happen wouldn't you just keep it for yourself and rather try to buy some of pieces?
Plus you can't be 100% sure unless you're the artist and even then you may change your mind.
But hey make of it what you want.

It does make sense, and i dont think it is a bolt out of the blue, Paul at elms has stated a few times that 'we are not POW, and prints are not our main concern, originals are', and after so many of the first 3 prints were flipped, he tried to ensure the next lot went to genuine fans, (but yet again e-bay was flooded with them!), so who can blame him if they are calling it a day, I think if this rumour is true, it will be down to fact that they are fucked off with the flippers, and may well be concerned they could actually harm Adams career after all the hard work they have put into nurturing him and helping him progress to the top of the contemporary scene, or is what i have just said a pile of old dogshit???

Interesting thread, I can see merit and pitfalls to making more prints or not. If you do not, then high end buyers taking originals will not be put off by the idea of an edition being made from it, albeit a print.

But also, it gives Adam a lot of coverage to be selling out large editions overnight, but maybe that PR works both ways. Either way, I have a Neate print and will be holding onto it as the way they were going, it would have been the last time I could have hoped to afford one anyway, so it is a mute point to me if anymore are released or not.

My instinct would be that this is true for the forseeable future, Elms care about Adams long term career and I never thought the frenzy of the print release sat very well with them. Both Elms and Adam made a lot of money from the painting pots and prints show , I got the impression that the money was very nice for them both but it wasnt what they were all about. Adams original work will sell out in minutes for vast sums so there seems no need. Saying that though I hope we see a couple more prints in the future and no Im not selling.
