the real annoying bit being that i knew people who ordered theirs way after mine and got theirs no problem !
as i am sure this time those people who picked up theirs friday morning will have no problem...whilst people who were screwed by the system on thursday are just left dissapointed...
i'm not knocking pow as in many respects they do a great job....but really they should have got their act together knowing these problems occur from past experience

if you have both pow receipt and protx receipt, they MUST have a record of your order. OK so their own receipt system might be a bit f**ked, but if it's gone through protx there will be a record.

I am sorry to inform you that your print order was refunded.
Due to the volume of people clicking to buy at the same time a small number of prints were sold twice. Whilst the payment for both orders was taken, the database only recorded one of the orders.
We had no option but to honour the order which was successfully recorded in the database & refund the order which did not make the database.
In this case it was your order which did not make the database & I do sincerely apologise for the disappointment this will cause you.

Where problems have happened in the past POW have circumnavigated their shambles of an ordering process to do the right thing, but in this case it's been a very disappointing service all round.
