Well said Pez. It's a shame the negative vibe has continued onto yoms thread with some intent on picking holes in the print. Sometimes I wonder why some are actually members of this forum when they're clearly not Banksy fans.

I thought you had got lucky after the last few failed attempts at getting a banksy from source.
I was going to congratulate you but seeing as you missed out i wont. 
There does seem to be some serious sour grapes on this forum with regards to this last banksy print release, like i said before it is a pisser missing out (yes i missed out) but its not the be all and end all of life.
Not getting a banksy means i have spent some of the money on an eine scary print and hopefully an eine exiting print so its not all bad.

I've read so much rubbish from 1st year law students who think they have a strong grasp of contract and who want to start waving the "power of the law" stick in POW's face, it is ridiculous.
Is anyone who is posting actually a qualified solicitor or barrister?!
Quite simply, there is nothing you can do. For those of you who had their orders refunded on Friday - yes it is awful news, but you have no cause of action against POW. Really, you don't.
So let's leave the legal stuff alone and just accept that POW have a very difficult job to do when Banksys are released and that there will be mistakes and there will be unhappy customers.
I would love to see someone go to the expense of issuing a claim form at court and serving it on POW. They would be stupid. I would love to see their particulars of claim as well. It would make amusing reading, I am sure.
Well done POW on offering first dibs on the next Banksy print to some people and lets hope the double print buying doesn't happen again!
