But still, I am not convinced that this has to be this expensive (even when framed), when it sold for 600 GBP just a few weeks ago.

To be fair, there is a world of difference between a gallery offering it for sale and it actually selling......
I'd be looking to frame this print my way so would offer £600 and no more, I'm not paying for your frame and then mine too.

if someone doesnt want the bother of framing a print there there is 1 on offer here which is framed exceptionally well ready to hang straight away.
i for one have paid extra for a framed print and there arethere are plenty of people on here that'd buy a framed print.
