It's been a long time since I remember seeing one sold this way and as this is the last NW print I loved the look of, I'll be keeping a close eye, although sady I'm not in the market myself. (I also liked the Empire State print admittedly, but not quite as much as this tbh)
I hope you get a good solid price. I think you will as it's a lovely piece of art and has been pretty tough to get hold of compared to most of his other good images. Good luck bump.

there is another listing finishing sook so i guess that one will end up on a similar amount or a bit more not over 1k
