All the circles are hand sprayed, all the sigs i have seen are bottom right, next to the stamp, but couldnt say it was the same for all of them, as POW were prone to "getting mixed up" now and again. |

The print is unframed and in mint condition. As the original purchaser it comes with both the original Pictures on Walls receipt and Pest Control CoA.
Buyers should be able to provide full identification documentation and pay by bank transfer.
All details over DM. UK based, can be shipped internationally at buyers expense.

Well laz hasn't been caught falsely backdating a piece so far, makes his coas more authentic than the ones from pest control.

4/ you've sampled the water / galleries.
..fwiw - send out (contribute) more posts , give us an idea of your ... wavelength.. in general ...
5/ contact another few galleries.... don't whatever you do - send them images of the print with ed etc ...
(this is a situation some neerdowells use to perform a scam).
6/ wait another year or so - or more.
7/ review prices and ... whether you need the money.
( 8 - review your cgt situation - and seek advice as you see fit , many don't / some get a bill
and have to deal with .... the baggage that that may bring & yeah that stress can be mortal..)

50k commission is excessive. Don't think you should be paying more than 10%.
Hang Up's is 8%. Can't you sell through them?
